Rep. Buck: Mueller set 'precedent' that demands Hunter Biden special counsel

House Judiciary Committee member Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., said Thursday that he is disappointed outgoing Attorney General Bill Barr refused to name a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden, the 50-year-old son of Joe Biden.
