Judge hears arguments on Biden administration ending Covid border restrictions for migrants

A federal judge in Louisiana grappled with whether the Biden administration can end a controversial Trump-era pandemic restriction at the US border, known as Title 42, later this month during arguments Friday morning. The judge plans to rule before May 23, when the administration intends to end Title 42.
