Chicago mayor says officers in botched raid have been 'taken off the street'

Mayor Lori Lightfoot announced Monday that all the officers involved in a botched Chicago police raid last year have been "taken off the street" and placed on desk duty while the city's Civilian Office of Police Accountability investigates.
