Dianne Durham, the first Black national champion of US gymnastics, dies at 52

Durham, who went on to become a gymnastics instructor, died earlier this week, USA Gymnastics confirmed. Her husband, Tom Drahozal, told the Chicago Tribune the 52-year-old died after a short illness.
