House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., said Monday that when House Financial Services Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters, D-Calif., requested anti-police protesters get "more confrontational" if a jury chooses not to convict former Minneapolis Officer Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd, then she "finds value in violence."
