Man duct-taped to airplane seat after assaulting, groping flight attendants gets jail time

Maxwell Berry, who pleaded guilty to assault over a drunken incident in which he groped and assaulted flight attendants aboard a Frontier Airlines flight, was sentenced Tuesday to 60 days behind bars.
