Virginia man charged with murdering stepdaughter wants to subpoena Gov. Northam, her ex-doctor

Defense attorneys for a Virginia man accused of murdering his adopted stepdaughter are requesting a subpoena for Gov. Ralph Northam, (D-Va.), who was the victim's doctor and prescribed anti-depressants to her just two months before she went missing.
