Obama to send cease and desist letter over pro-Trump super PAC's ad hitting Biden

Former President Obama's team denounced an ad created by a pro-Trump super PAC Wednesday as "disinformation" and "despicable" for juxtaposing Obama's words about race with claims about former Vice President Joe Biden.
