Prakash Javadekar says 10% quota for economically weaker in general category to be implemented from 2019 academic year

The 10 percent quota is meant for individuals belonging to economically weaker sections whose parental annual earning is not more than Rs 8 lakh and possess less than five acres of agriculture land.
