Advocate: Toddlers got bruises sleeping on gravel when US detained them under a border bridge

US authorities are no longer holding migrants under a border bridge in El Paso, Texas. But advocates say some children and families who Customs and Border Protection detained in the fenced-in, gravel-covered space were shaken by the experience.
